Sunday WAHM Goal Share

Last week was my first post about setting goals on a weekly or monthly basis. We have several work at home moms post up their goals. I hope you all were able to meet your goals you set!

I personally got about half of my goals done. Between my businesses, daily life and 4 children, I had a hard week. It sure is different with 4 children VS 3 children. I did not realize just how much more work I was in store for. With the baby nursing every 2-3 hours for 45 min. each feeding, I am having to re-work my normal work hours.

I just finished working on my to-do-list and goal list for this coming week. I now get to work on my new goals and the goals I set last week I was not able to complete.

Here are my goals for the week of November 12….

  1. Finish the ebook I have been working on for a month.
  2. Complete 2 new articles and submit them to article directories.
  3. Connect with 25 new people on the social networks.
  4. Get all of my laundry done! Damn this will be a task!
  5. Go through my mailing list and remove addresses that are bouncing.

If you are having a hard time keeping up with things, check out the Google Calendar. It is a great tool you can use for free and they even have automatic reminders!

What are all of your goals?

Let’s have some fun and start setting our business goals for the week of November 12.

Grow Your Business With Goals

Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your future, and for motivating yourself to turn this vision of the future into reality.

The process of setting goals helps you choose where you want to go with your business and in life. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know where you have to concentrate your efforts.

With that being said, setting goals for your business is very important. No matter if you set daily goals, weekly goals or monthly goals. When you get goals for yourself and business you will find you motivate yourself to achieve more or achieve your desired outcome.

More than this, properly-set goals can be incredibly motivating, and as you get into the habit of setting and achieving goals, you’ll find that your self-confidence builds fast. When that happens you will see a difference in your business, because you have actually made an effort to real your goal.

Starting Sat. November 03, 2007 The WAHM Blog wants to help you work on goal setting. Each and every Saturday we will do a weekly goal share. To participate, all you have to do is leave a comment on each weekly post of what your goals are for the next week or month. Keep your eye on that post and what other’s goals are. When you see each other thinking about goals and see each other’s actual goals, you will get motivated to work to achieve your goals.

At the end of each week, you come back and post your status on your goals. What goals did you meet or what ones do you need to work on more. By doing this, we can all share ideas on how we all can meet out goals every week.

So… Let’s have some fun and start setting our business goals for the week of November 5.
