Squidoo For Traffic & Income
I have spoke allot of Squidoo in the past, as I love the platform and the ease of use! So many people are having success with Squidoo, not just the Guru’s! Everyday people have learned to use the free platform to increase website traffic, sales, and leads.
Past Squidoo Posts:
Today I want to talk about some things I have not covered yet, such as spamming on Squidoo. Do yourself a huge favor and do not even waste your time creating a Squidoo Lens to blast your opportunity only. It will not work and will turn people away. Instead, use Squidoo as a way to introduce people to your product or services without hard selling them. This means create real content for your lens that will lead people into visiting your website or affiliate links.
A Quote From A Squid Giant..
Spam is not always about content but the way in which content is presented. Creating a lens about affiliate marketing, shopping, or working from home can spark a Spam label for some because these subjects are often times associated with spam. However don’t be too quick to judge! I’ve seen some great lenses about working from home, it’s all about presentation.
He is right…how you present yourself will be the key to your success on Squidoo. If you have a Squidoo lens now that is doing nothing, it may be how you have presented yourself. Squidoo is a great venue to drive traffic and customers to your business, so you need to make sure your content sounds and looks great!
One man told me a few months ago he was getting no where at all with Squidoo. I asked him what he has done and what he was doing, and he replied “well I built my lens but no one is visiting it”. Just as I thought. He created a lens and expected people to just find it with no work at all.
If you are going to attempt to use Squidoo you need to understand that it takes time, as with anything else in life worth having.
I want to share with you some additional resources for help with Squidoo! (if you are new to Squidoo, see the links above for more details, until you understand what Squidoo is and how to use it, you may be confused a bit.)

I agree about not spamming. I have found that when I Squidoo, the most read lenses are those that inform a particular audience, or educate them on something that they need help in.
I have several squids on network marketing and WAH and those do get read and I do receive positive comments from them
