Entre Card For Blog Traffic
As you have probably already saw, I have added EntreCard to the WAHM Blog. If you are not sure what EntreCard is, simply put it is free blog advertising.
Entrecard is your business card 2.0. It’s a 125×125 image which represents you and your blog. Its part advertisement, part business card. It comes with a widget you place on your blog, so that others can leave their Entrecard for you. You can also use Entrecard to promote your blog and launch free advertising campaigns.
I decided to give EntreCard a try after seeing many blogs using it. So far it has been pretty cool. I have actually come across some really good business blogs, mommy blogs, and network marking blogs I would have never found.
You leave your EntreCard on other blogs and they drop theirs on your blog. It is free to join and defiantly worth a look into for all of you bloggers! You can learn more about it at http://entrecard.com

I’ve only seen an increase when it’s part of a campaign I “paid” for. Other than that, not much.

I’ve been an entrecard user for 3 days, I’ve seen an increase in traffic, I just don’t know if any of those visitors really read my posts *grins*.

There was definitely an increase in traffic but not necessarily in readers for me. May be that my blog didn’t really interest people enough for them to subscribe. I’m still learning to write. LOL My writing skills are lacking.
I usually drop my card and read a few posts- I have subscribed to lots of new blogs I found through entrecard.

i’ve gotten some regular readers and commenters through entrecard. AND i’ve FOUND some great sites that way as well. as a matter of fact, we met up (IRL) with some fellow bloggers that we “met” thru entrecard.
only bad thing is the “drive-by dropping”… we’ve all been guilty of it… it drives down your click-through rates. but that’s only a bad thing if you care about those #s.

I have gotten some regular readers and commenters as well. I have come across a lot of great blogs that I have learned a lot from. Also it has brought on guest blogging opportunities. So for me its a good thing. I am glad you are a part of this community too
