Bad Customer Service
Can you image it taking 93 years to resolve a problem your business may be facing or 93 years to correct an issue you have with another company?
Me Either! To be real frank, after 30 minutes of trying to fix a situation I have normally about had it.
Well, it took 93 years for Ethel Martin, now deceased, to receive a Christmas card that was mailed to her in 1914!
