i used to have a blackberry when I worked fulltime at a consulting firm. that blackberry ran my life. when I made the transition to freelancer I chucked the blackberry. that said I probably still need one. great post!!

I have a Palm Pilot, and before that, I had a Cascio Diary. After reading your article, I now believe a Blackberry’s for me! I need to be digitally organized. Since I now have an eBay store and am a Power Seller, I need to stay connected for my customers! Sounds perfect! Although I’m a Boomer and my eBay store will be my retirement job, I need to keep abreast of technology and am doing a pretty good job - although I wasn’t quite sure of what a Blackberry was! Plus, if you’re a parent - and my DDs are in their 20’s, you have to stay one step ahead of them at all times if you want to communicate with them! Thanks for the info!

I bought the Blackberry Pearl since it was not as bulky and LOVE IT!!! I don’t miss emails, I can keep up to date with customers, etc and my calendar is at my fingertips! It was a great purchase for me.
